    To create an accurate and long-lasting foundational knowledge of the land you are situated on and the Musqueam People who are the stewards of the land since time immemorial. Take a journey with us and explore Musqueam's timeline and how to create meaningful and reciprocal working relationships.

  • LEAVE YOUR PRECONCEIVED NOTIONS AT THE DOOR

    3HRS IN PERSON

    Grounding our participants in a strong cultural practice before exploring intergenerational trauma, what that may look like mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. Through stories and personal experiences, we will discuss best practices and how to break the circle of trauma to create a new circle of collective healing.

  • DECOLONIZING STARTS INSIDE YOU

    3HRS IN PERSON

    In a safe, supportive environment, participants will explore their personal biases. Where did the biases stem from? How can we let them go? How can we open our hearts and minds to understand different perspectives? This will be a strong circle talk with learning through story. Come prepared to share your TRUTH.

  • Pathways to teaching indigenous culture and concepts respectfully

    Following the Leave Your Preconceived Notions at the Door Workshop, participants will explore how to embed Indigenous history, culture and concepts into their work. Each participant will leave with useful tools and a lesson plan they have created themselves.

  • Settlers' Guilt and Defensiveness: Sitting with Privilege

    In a safe and supportive environment, participants will explore difficult topics such as racism, privilege, and TRUTH. Before reconciliation can become a reality, we must speak our TRUTHS and sit with our privilege. Join us in this impactful circle talk.

  • The TRUTH before Reconciliation

    3HRS IN PERSON

    In a safe and supportive circle, we will discuss the topics, silenced for generations such as: The Doctrine of Discovery, The Indian Act, Indian Residential Schools, the 60’s Scoop and more. In this powerful workshop, we will shed the shame by destroying one of the strongest tools of colonization—silence.

Each Workshop is $5000 *sliding scale rate for not-for-profit organizations
